Maya Nujaim is a Montreal-based pianist and composer. Her music ranges from modern-classical, to pop, to film soundtracks. She started playing piano at the age of 7 and took piano lessons for 10 years. During her teenage years, Maya began to compose and play pieces by ear. At the age of 20, she wanted to share her passion for music with the world. That’s when she started posting videos on social media. In the last 3 years, she has gathered over 80,000 followers from all over the world. She released her first composition “Essence”, an orchestral piece in 2022. Maya has played the piano for various artistic projects, including a symphony orchestra, a musical and TV commercials, and has accompanied singers. She also plays at corporate events.
